Dr. John Moore Waters |
Dr. John Moore Waters was born in Iowa on 11 October 1842. He attended Jefferson Medical College of Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he got his degree in 1868. During the Civil War, Dr. Waters served in Company G, 133rd Illinois Infantry Regiment from May to September 1864. The regiment spent its 100 days of service guarding prisoners on Rock Island. By 1890 he was living in Bozeman, Montana, where he died on 22 November 1907. He was a Presbyterian. —Data from Adam Seaman [BACK] |
