We were amazed during the "Mad Cow" epidemic when our government could trace a single cow born in Canada three years earlier right to her present-day stall in the State of Washington; her three calves were also traced to their home stalls. 
     But our government is unable to locate eleven million illegal aliens wandering 'round the nation.  Maybe we should give a cow to every alien!
